PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT OF A CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF MATRIX HEAT EXCHANGER

While the basic principles of thermodynamics have remained same, necessity for heat exchangers to good effectiveness in a small volume is constantly growing. Heat type Matrix Exchanger (MHE), which can meet these requirements, does not an optimal design variant its use. These been approached 60 years, by many researchers, currently offering only overview process. The mechanism transfer matrix exchanger complex, having three different thermal convection paths as well conduction through two surfaces. This paper presents simulations performed ANSYS Workbench, combining all modes, developing model perforated plate exchanger, used pre-cooling hydrogen isotopes stream mixture, purification purposes, as, preparing inlet temperature cryogenic distillation columns isotopes.
